Edward Bodmer,
Managing Partner

Prof. Edward Bodmer is widely considered a world leader in corporate and project financing modeling. Mr. Bodmer is the Founder of the Finance Energy Institute where he teaches professional development workshops on an assortment of financial modeling topics including energy project finance. In addition to financial modeling, Edward's advisory activities include developing complex electricity pricing analysis, providing expert testimony on financial and economic issues before energy regulatory agencies, and advisory services to support merger and acquisition transactions and project finance. He has advised companies such as HSBC, GE, ENGIE, ADB, SAUDI ARAMCO, and others.

Stefano Lupo,
Managing Partner

Stefano is a Systems Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the infrastructure and renewable energy sector. During is career he has lead and advised multinational EPC teams on the development of multiple energy efficiency projects and renewable energy initiatives in the PV, Wind, CHP and Hydro sectors. In the infrastructure sector Stefano worked on the development of strategic plans for entry in new markets, market analysis and business planning for M&A initiatives in the EU and North America. He has held positions in companies such as CH2, CMC, Nuclear Solutions and Andersen.
